Change of use from use classes B1,B2,B8 to a Veterinary Practice (Sui Generis use). The Planning Officer D Cross introduced the report and provided the committee with a power point presentation outlining the application A Representative of the Applicant then addressed the committee, providing details of the application and the Applicant’s professional background. The Representative also referred to the location of the business and the number of staff. Numerous questions were raised regarding parking where the applicant suggested tandem parking as a solution to the limited parking ourside the practice, informed the committee of the appointment only nature of the practice to prevent an influx of traffic to the area and informed the committee that the frequency of deliveries were once daily and that there would not be large vehicles visiting the practice often. Officer D cross closes by saying – the number of staff aren’t reflected in the proposed plans.Different classes have different requirements and there are no parking guidlelines for vetinary clinics however it could fall under the clinic requirement which would mean a need for a number of spaces for the practitioners (5) and 12 spaces for clients. Relaxation to a requirement of 15 spaces due to it being appointment only clinic. Resolved that; The officers reccomendation be accepted.

Officer J Baber introduced the report and detailed to the committee the nature of the Video Point of Impact system also known as a dash cam. In response to the committees questions officers detailed: · that in the absence of a policy the council was not aware of how many taxis had the systems installed · Officers are not aware of the pricing to aquire and fit a unit. · Signage must be displayed for CCTV and if the system is not working signage must be removed immediately so as not to be misleading. · Some councils have chosen to make systems compulsary but it must be evidence based and it may be unattainable for some companies. · To comply with council directive there will need to be a completed form with the details and declaration regarding the quality of the system and its installation Resolved that: the reccomendations be approved

Rhaid i gynghorwyr ddweud pan fydd ganddyn nhw gysylltiad personol â rhywbeth sy'n cael ei drafod, fel swydd, eiddo neu aelod o'r teulu. Mae buddiant sy'n rhagfarnu yn ddigon cryf i'r cynghorydd adael yr ystafell fel arfer a pheidio â chymryd rhan.
Caiff datganiadau eu darllen o'r cofnodion unwaith y byddan nhw wedi'u cyhoeddi.
Yn rhestru cynghorwyr presennol y cyngor yn unig. Nid yw aelodau cyfetholedig, swyddogion a chyn-gynghorwyr yn cael eu dangos.
