Resolved that: The proposal to accept the revised Terms of Reference for SACRE (Standing Advisory Council for Religious Education) / SAC (Standing Advisory Council) New agreed Syllabus for Religion, Values and Ethics for Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council be approved.
Resolved that: To formally consult on expanding learning resources base provision.
Resolved that: The contents of the Audit report be noted.
Resolved that: (a) Subject to consultation with a representative list of roads users, the giving of Public Notice of the County Borough Council’s intention to make a Permanent Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is detailed in the schedule at Appendix B be approved (b) In the event of no objections being received, the making of the said Permanent Order be approved (c) If objections are received the presentation of a report to the appropriate Committee for consideration as soon as practicable be approved.
Resolved that: The adoption of the streets as detailed in the Table in Appendix 1 under Section 228 of the Highways Act 1980 be approved.
Resolved that: (a) The Council entering into the agreement with RCTCBC, MTCBC and VoG regarding the procurement of a replacement Social Care System be approved (b) Delegated authority be given to the Director of Social Services and Procurement Lead in Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council to negotiate and agree the final Terms of the agreement with the other Councils and enter and arrange execution of that agreement be approved.
