Resolved that: (a) The Quarter 1 Capital Monitoring Report for 2023/24 be noted (b) The budget amendment for Core-Funded Projects as outlined in Paragraph 4.1 of the report be approved (c) Variances to the budgets as per Paragraph 4.2 of the report be noted.
Resolved that: (a) The Revenue Budget Monitoring report for the 2023/24 financial year based on 1st Quarter projections be accepted (b) Budget Virements outlined in Appendix 2 be approved (c) Managers to urgently address projected budget deficits within their respective service areas, identifying all possible remedial measures to offset projected deficit be approved.
Resolved that: (a) The Food Service Plan for 2023-24 be approved (b) The recognition that Environmental Health may not be able to deliver the Plan given the shortfall in resources be noted.
