1. Park 3

   Resolved that: In respect of Park 3 (a) Taking into consideration all the evidence which has been provided that a Definitive Map Modification Order be approved to remove the horse pass and K frame barrier and replace with more suitable bollards (b) To approve the confirmation of the Order made as a result of (a) above provided no objections or representations are made within the prescribed period of if any objections or representations so made are withdrawn (c) If any objections or representations made within the prescribed period are not subsequently withdrawn then to refer the order to the PEDW for determination.

2. Treharris 22

   Resolved that: In respect of Treharris 22 (a) Taking into consideration all the evidence which has been provided that a Definitive Map Modification Order be approved to remove the horse pass and tubular steel chicane (b) To approve the confirmation of the Order made as a result of (a) above provided no objections or representations are made within the prescribed period of if any objections or representations so made are withdrawn (c) If any objections or representations are made within the prescribed period and not subsequently withdrawn then refer the relevant order to PEDW for determination.

   Resolved that: In respect of Vaynor 39 (a) Taking into consideration all the evidence which has been provided that a Definitive Map Modification Order be approved to remove the horse pass and K frame barrier and replace with more suitable bollards (b) To approve the confirmation of the Order made as a result of (a) above provided no objections or representations are made within the prescribed period or if any objections or representations so made are withdrawn (c) If any objections or representations made within the prescribed period are not subsequently withdrawn then to refer the order to PEDW for determination
