Erection of 10 Detached Dwellings The Planning Officer led the Committee through the application with the assistance of a Power Point Presentation. The following questions were then raised by the Committee on the proposal and were responded to in detail by the Planning Officer: · Clarification sought on the siting of the garages · Clarification sought on the roads in front of the properties · Is the name of the Building Firm known · Clarification sought in relation to the green buffer behind the garages and the view from the School playing field · Clarification on the entrance gate and visibility of the road · Will there be warning signs in relation to vehicles exiting · Have Cyfarthfa High School been made aware of the proposals Resolved that: In accordance with the recommendation of the Head of Town Planning and Countryside RESERVED MATTERS BE APPROVED subject to the Conditions as outlined in the report.
