Resolved that: (a) Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council’s Modern Slavery Statement for publication on the Council’s Corporate Website be approved (b) The Modern Slavery Statement be updated and published annually be approved.
Resolved that: Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council Decarbonisation Plan 2023 – 2030 (Appendix 1) be approved.
Resolved that: (a) The recommendations outlined in Paragraph 1.6 of the report be approved (b) The delegation of authority to the Head of Public Protection to proceed with the actions identified and implement proposed changes resulting from such actions in consultation with the Portfolio Member for Public Protection, Crime and Disorder be approved.
No apologies for absence were received as all Members were present.
