Resolved that: The public be excluded from the Meeting on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined under Part 4 of Schedule 12A of Section 100 (A) (4) of the Local Government Act 1972.
Apologies for absence were received from Councillor J Davies who was experiencing technical issues.
No Declarations of Interest were made.
The Mayor advised that there was no other business deemed urgent.
The Mayor extended congratulations to Gavin Gwynn who had won his boxing match on the weekend.
