Resolved that: 1. The Head of Democratic Services circulate draft Councillor Role Descriptions to committee members and a report be brought back to committee in due course with final recommendations for approval; and 2. A report be brought to Committee outlining the proposed member development plans for the remainder of the term.
Apologies for absence were received from Councillor K Gibbs.
No declarations of interest were made.

The Chair advised that there was no other business deemed urgent.
