Resolved that: The public be excluded from the Meeting on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information a defined in Paragraphs 13 and 14 under Part 4 of Schedule 12A Section 100 (A) (4) of the Local Government Act 1972.
Apologies for absence were received from Councillor J Davies, Councillor D Isaac, Councillor L Minett Vokes, S Eriksen, H Hopkins, H Jackson and L McClean Co-opted Members.
