The Planning Officer outlined the application and provided the committee with an update and confirmed that the applicant had agreed to include an additional three off-road parking spaces which increased the number of spaces from six to nine. The Planning Officer highlighted on a plan where the additional spaces would be located. Questions were raised by the committee in relation to the following: · On street parking issues · The possible introduction of yellow lines · Number of objections received and from whom they were received
No other business was deemed urgent by the Chair and the meeting was closed.
