Resolved that: (a) The Quarter 2 Capital Monitoring Report for 2022/23 be noted (b) The budget amendments for core-funded projects as outlined in Paragraph 4.1 of the report be approved (c) Variances to the budgets as per Paragraph 4.2 of the report be noted
Resolved that: Progress on the management of the Council’s Corporate Risks and the Progress Report for the Corporate Risk Register be approved.
Resolved that: The proposed revision of the Risk Policy as set out in Section 4 of the report be approved.
Resolved that: The formal adoption of the aspirations presented by the Independent Group as guiding principles for the administration be approved and in doing so instruction of the Chief Executive Officer to ensure that Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council’s Corporate Plan aligns with the vision be approved
Resolved that: (a) Subject to Consultation with a representative list of roads users, the giving of Public Notice of the County Borough Council’s intention to make a Permanent Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is detailed in the schedule at Appendix 2 be approved (b) In the event of no objections being received, the making of the said Permanent Order be approved (c) If objections are received the presentation of a report to the appropriate Committee for consideration as soon as practicable be approved
Resolved that: The priorities for the next tranche of Playground Refurbishment Works be approved.
Resolved that: The retention by Council of its ability to make a decision of intentionality for all 11 priority need categories listed under the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 as listed within the report at Paragraph 4.1 be approved
Resolved that: The report for Information be received.
Resolved that: The public be excluded from the Meeting on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined under Part 4 of Schedule of 12A of Section 100 (A) (4) of the Local Government Act 1972.
