Does dim crynodeb o'r cyfarfod hwn eto. Caiff un ei ysgrifennu pan fydd y cyngor yn cyhoeddi'r cofnodion. Mae'r agenda a'r papurau isod.

No declarations of interest were received.
A Lewis updated the Committee on the Local Authority’s position with regard to a request from Humanism UK for a member to join the group. He advised following a change in the Law, the Constitution would need to be amended to reflect that those who represent non-religious philosophical convictions be added to the Group A Membership, that this be formally noted within these minutes and that it is recorded in the next annual report in the Autumn, but noted that the membership can be altered with immediate effect and an invitation be extended to Humanism UK. A Lewis advised an individual had been identified and invited, but unfortunately was not available to attend today’s meeting. A Lewis introduced Andrea May, Head of Achievement and Wellbeing, who has joined the meeting today as an observer, and who will be his replacement as the Local Authority representative from the next meeting. The Chair welcomed Andrea to the Committee.
The Minutes of the Meeting held on 9th November 2021 were accepted as a true record.
D Graves advised that an email from the Secretary had been received about the Executive Membership, asking whether anyone wished to nominate someone from the current SACRE or another SACRE and to consider voting for membership on the Executive Committee. The email was shared on screen for Committee’s information. The Chair asked for anyone interested to make contact with D Graves by Friday, 8th April 2022.
The Chair invited D Graves to provide Committee with an update. D Graves advised the publication went live on the Hwb on 10th January 2022 and provided Members with detailed information of the changes/updates and where to access the information. D Graves wished to reassure practitioners that although there had been a slight delay, the Local Authority is committed and working hard to send out the invitations for the Agreed Syllabus Conference.
D Graves advised that although there had been a delay in the first meeting taking place, this is moving forward after discussion with the legal team and work is being undertaken. The main aim of the ASC is to put forward an agreed syllabus to be recommended to the Local Authority for adoption. A Lewis provided further information and background on the Agreed Syllabus Conference and advised that the date of 28th February 2022 was being looked at for the first ASC meeting. A Lewis requested that Members hold the date of Monday, 28th February 2022 for the Agreed Syllabus Conference. Clarity sought over cover for teachers attending the ASC. D Graves advised these meetings would be held after school hours.
D Graves shared information on screen and provided detailed information to Committee providing advance information for WJEC Religious Studies Unit 1 and Entries for KS4 and KS5 at CSC Schools.
Members agreed that the dates of the next meetings will be: Tuesday, 21st June 2022 at 3.45 p.m. Tuesday, 13th September 2022 at 3.45 p.m. To be held remotely via Microsoft Teams.
No other business was deemed urgent by the Chair.
Rhaid i gynghorwyr ddweud pan fydd ganddyn nhw gysylltiad personol â rhywbeth sy'n cael ei drafod, fel swydd, eiddo neu aelod o'r teulu. Mae buddiant sy'n rhagfarnu yn ddigon cryf i'r cynghorydd adael yr ystafell fel arfer a pheidio â chymryd rhan.
Caiff datganiadau eu darllen o'r cofnodion unwaith y byddan nhw wedi'u cyhoeddi.
Yn rhestru cynghorwyr presennol y cyngor yn unig. Nid yw aelodau cyfetholedig, swyddogion a chyn-gynghorwyr yn cael eu dangos.
