Councillor Richard Lloyd declared that he had been contacted on more than four occasions by Councillor Richardson in relation to agenda item 7.1 (FUL/000580/25).
The Chair allowed Members an opportunity to read the Late Observations which had been circulated prior to the meeting and were appended to the agenda item on the Council’s website.
