The Community and Business Protection Manager and the Health, Safety and Environmental Control Manager presented the report (Agenda Item 4) for consideration. It was agreed by Members that the Special Procedure applications, that need to be determined by the Licensing Committee (under the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017), would now be dealt with by a new sub-committee structure with training provided to members of the committee. The Welsh Government’s (WG) draft statutory guidance should be published soon, outlining what businesses would be covered and what checks and registrations would be required. A list of businesses had already been created with letters and emails sent to them over the last year. It was explained that a lot of work had been undertaken in anticipation of the statutory guidance being published. Rhaid i gynghorwyr ddweud pan fydd ganddyn nhw gysylltiad personol â rhywbeth sy'n cael ei drafod, fel swydd, eiddo neu aelod o'r teulu. Mae buddiant sy'n rhagfarnu yn ddigon cryf i'r cynghorydd adael yr ystafell fel arfer a pheidio â chymryd rhan.
Caiff datganiadau eu darllen o'r cofnodion unwaith y byddan nhw wedi'u cyhoeddi.
Dyw'r cyngor ddim wedi cofnodi presenoldeb ar gyfer y cyfarfod hwn.
Yn rhestru cynghorwyr presennol y cyngor yn unig. Nid yw aelodau cyfetholedig, swyddogion a chyn-gynghorwyr yn cael eu dangos.
