Accuracy That a personal declaration of interest be recorded for all Committee Members present on agenda item 6.1 (062458)as they had been contacted on three or more occasions by objectors. Subject to the above amendment the minutes were confirmed as a correct record, as moved and seconded by Councillors Bernie Attridge and Chris Bithell.
