RESOLVED- That the minutes of the previous meeting of the Social Care and Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee held on 19 July, 2023 be approved and signed as a correct record.
RESOLVED- That the Social Care and Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee Forward Work Plan (FWP), together with the combined FWP be approved.
RESOLVED- That the Public and Press be excluded from the meeting under the provisions of Section 100A of the above Act during consideration of the following items as it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 12, 13 & 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Act and that in all the relevant circumstances, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

Members were presented with the Social Care and Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee Forward Work Plan (FWP), together with the combined FWP. Members were advised of the following changes: · The Corporate Parenting Annual Report had been scheduled for the meeting on 17 January 2024. · The next meeting was scheduled for 18 October 2023 where Members would consider the Corporate Safeguarding Board’s Annual Report. RESOLVED- That the Social Care and Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee Forward Work Plan (FWP), together with the combined FWP be approved.
