RESOLVED: That the minutes of the Planning Committee held on 8 July, 2026 be approved and signed as a correct record.
RESOLVED: a) That the Planning Committee be minded to grant conditional planning permission. b) That the Development and Building Control Manager be authorised to issue a planning decision under delegation. Note: Councillor Nia Owen declared a personal interest in the above item as the application was within her ward. As the interest was not considered prejudicial, Councillor Owen was able to take part in the discussion and vote.

Councillor Nia Owen declared a personal interest in Agenda item 5 (a) Code Ref: 0/52866 as the application is within her ward. As the interest was not considered prejudicial Councillor Owen was able to take part in the discussion and vote. Councillor Jo Nuttall declared a prejudicial interest in Agenda item 5 (b) Code Ref: 0/53335 as she is a member of the Welsh Mountain Zoo’s Ethical Committee. As the interest was considered prejudicial, Councillor Nuttall left the meeting whilst the item was discussed and voted upon.
