RESOLVED- That the minutes of the meeting of the Cabinet held on 24 February 2026 be approved and signed as a correct record.
RESOLVED- That the Cabinet Forward Work Programme be approved.
RESOLVED- That the Public and Press be excluded from the meeting under the provisions of Section 100A of the above Act during consideration of the following items as it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Act and that in all the relevant circumstances, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

Councillor Dilwyn Roberts declared a personal interest in Agenda Item 11 (Old Colwyn Coastal Defence and Active Travel Improvements Phase 3 - Construction Contract Award), as he is a close personal associate of the contractor. As the interest was considered prejudicial, Councillor Roberts left the meeting whilst the item was discussed and voted upon.

RESOLVED- That the Cabinet Forward Work Programme be approved.
Members were presented with the Forward Work Programme for the Cabinet. The Cabinet Member for Environment, Roads and Infrastructure would review the arrangements for the Raynes Quarry Liaison Group, St George Quarry Liaison Group and the Allotment Working Group. RESOLVED- That the Cabinet Forward Work Programme be approved.
