   Appointment of Chair

   It was proposed and seconded that Councillor John Roberts be elected as Chair of the Statutory Licensing Committee for 2025/2026. RESOLVED: That Councillor John Roberts be re-elected as Chair of the Statutory Licensing Committee for 2025/2026.

   Appointment of Vice-Chair

   It was proposed and seconded that Councillor Andrew Wood be elected as Vice-Chair of the Statutory Licensing Committee for 2025/2026. RESOLVED: That Councillor Andrew Wood be re-elected as Vice-Chair of the Statutory Licensing Committee for 2025/2026.

   Apologies for absence were received from Councillor Keith Eeles and Ros Griffiths-Williams. In addition, the Chair welcomed Councillors Chris Brockley and Geoff Stewart to the Committee and congratulated Councillor Stephen Price on his recent appointment as Cabinet Member for Housing, Regulatory and Audit.
