   TARGETED FINANCE FUND AND WELSH CHURCH FUND

   The Cabinet Member considered two applications submitted under the Targeted Finance Fund & Welsh Church Fund respectively. The Cabinet Member was appraised of the project applications and costings submitted by Porth-y-Rhyd Welfare Committee to support facility improvements and refurbishment, as detailed in the report. The applications were for £20,000 from the Targeted Finance Fund, £3,000 from the Welsh Church Fund, against a total project cost of £340,157.
