RESOLVED to approve the delegation of authority to the Director of Place, Infrastructure and Economic Development to award funding to successful third-party applicants.
The Cabinet Member received a report which sought approval to delegate authority to the Director of Place, Infrastructure and Economic Development to award funding under the Heritage, Tourism and Culture Fund 2026/27. The Cabinet Member asked for clarification on why delegated authority was requested and why additional Cabinet Member Decision meetings couldn’t be scheduled to deal with these funding applications. The Bureau Coordinator advised the decision to request delegated authority was due to tight timescales and the lack of scheduled Cabinet Member Decisions meetings in August. She noted the Cabinet Member’s willingness to schedule additional meetings and advised that she would confirm if this had been considered and provide the Cabinet Member with more information outside of the meeting. RESOLVED to approve the delegation of authority to the Director of Place, Infrastructure and Economic Development to award funding to successful third-party applicants.

Rhaid i gynghorwyr ddweud pan fydd ganddyn nhw gysylltiad personol â rhywbeth sy'n cael ei drafod, fel swydd, eiddo neu aelod o'r teulu. Mae buddiant sy'n rhagfarnu yn ddigon cryf i'r cynghorydd adael yr ystafell fel arfer a pheidio â chymryd rhan.
Caiff datganiadau eu darllen o'r cofnodion unwaith y byddan nhw wedi'u cyhoeddi.
Yn rhestru cynghorwyr presennol y cyngor yn unig. Nid yw aelodau cyfetholedig, swyddogion a chyn-gynghorwyr yn cael eu dangos.
