RESOLVED that the report be received.
The Committee was provided with a verbal update correcting figures on page 11 of the report and proceeded to consider the Planning Service Performance Report for Quarter 4 for the period January to March 2026 for the Planning Service and, notably, the Development Management and Enforcement Division. The report included core performance monitoring indicators alongside comparative data for previous quarters in 2024/25. The report noted that progress had also been made in enforcement investigation timeliness, although the progression of cases to positive action remained challenging due to case complexity and resource pressures. The actions taken during the year provided a sound basis for continued service improvement and performance recovery in 2026/27. UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that the report be received.
RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on the 21st April, 2026 be signed as a correct record.
