RESOLVED that the following planning application be granted subject to the conditions detailed within the Report/Addendum of the Head of Place and Sustainability and or reported at the meeting:- PL/07390 Improvements to the existing access to meet the requirements of the Highway Authority at Former Apostolic Church Hall, Waterloo Road, Penygroes, SA147DY 3.2 UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that the following planning application be granted subject to the conditions detailed within the Report of the Head of Place and Sustainability and or reported at the meeting:- PL/08450 Proposals are for two new semi detached dwellings at Land adjacent to Mount Pleasant, Capel Iwan, Newcastle Emlyn, SA38 9LT
RESOLVED that the report be noted.

RESOLVED that the report be noted.
The Committee considered the Planning Appeals Report which provided information relating to lodged planning appeals as at 7th April 2025. The Senior Development and Enforcement Manager made reference to appeal number PL/05250 where it was reported that the appeal had been withdrawn as the building had been sold to another party and therefore was not longer available to them. UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that the report be noted.
RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on the 27th March 2025 be signed as a correct record.
