   LOCAL LETTINGS POLICIES (LLP) FOR NEW DEVELOPMENTS AT SITE BELONGING TO BARCUD AT COEDMOR SCHOOL, CWMANN AND SITE BELONGING TO BEACON AT CLOS CAE CWM, LLANNON

   RESOLVED THAT the report be withdrawn to allow for a full consultation and subsequently revised for review at the next Cabinet Member meeting.

   The Cabinet Member considered a report which sought approval for the Local Lettings Policy for the following sites: • Barcud at Coedmor School, Cwmann • Beacon at Clos Cae Cwm, Llannon During the consideration of the report the Cabinet Member observed that the report contained some inaccuracies in respect of the data and context of the lettings and felt that the report’s presentation could be improved to provide clarity. Furthermore, it was raised that since the publication of the agenda, the Cabinet Member had been notified that one of the Local Members for Llannon had not been consulted and had several comments to provide. At the request of Cabinet Member, the Housing Hwb Manager agreed to undertake further work on the report, whilst conducting a full consultation, allowing local members the opportunity to formally submit comments and feedback. RESOLVED THAT the report be withdrawn to allow for a full consultation and subsequently revised for review at the next Cabinet Member meeting.
