RESOLVED that the composition of Licensing Sub Committees “A” and “B” for the 2025/26 Municipal Year be as follows: Councillor Michelle Beer, Councillor Mansel Charles, Councillor Peter Cooper, Councillor Suzy Curry, Councillor Alex Evans, Councillor Tyssul Evans and Councillor Ken Howell Councillor Dot Jones, Councillor Hefin Jones, Councillor Jean Lewis, Councillor Dorian Phillips, Councillor Elwyn Williams, Councillor Kevin Madge with one vacancy.
Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Alex Evans and Suzy Curry.

The Committee considered a report on the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 detailing the proposed composition of Licensing Sub Committees “A” and “B” for 2025/26 Municipal Year. UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that the composition of Licensing Sub Committees “A” and “B” for the 2025/26 Municipal Year be as follows: Councillor Michelle Beer, Councillor Mansel Charles, Councillor Peter Cooper, Councillor Suzy Curry, Councillor Alex Evans, Councillor Tyssul Evans and Councillor Ken Howell Councillor Dot Jones, Councillor Hefin Jones, Councillor Jean Lewis, Councillor Dorian Phillips, Councillor Elwyn Williams, Councillor Kevin Madge with one vacancy.
RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of the Licensing Committee Sub-Committee B held on the 2nd July, 2025 be signed as a correct record.
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of the Licensing Committee held on the 12th June, 2025 be signed as a correct record.
RESOLVED, pursuant to the Local Government Act 1972, as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) (Wales) Order 2007, that the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items as the reports contained exempt information as defined in paragraph 12 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Act.
