   (NOTE: 1. Councillor G.B Thomas and Mr H Towns had earlier declared an interest in this item) 2. Councillor W.E Skinner having not attended the earlier site visit on this application was unable to participate in its consideration) The Committee was advised that following Councillor G.B. Thomas’ earlier declaration of interest in this planning application the meeting became inquorate. As a consequence, the Committee was unable to proceed with the consideration of the application and its consideration would be deferred to a future meeting.
