(NOTE: Following the committee retiring into private session, Cllr Jean Lewis having become aware of a link with the applicants wife declared an interest and left the Council Chamber and took no part in its consideration) The Committee considered an application from Mr Gary Paul Evans of 18 Parc Gwyn, Trevaughan, Carmarthen for the grant of a hackney carriage/private hire dual driver’s licence. Rhaid i gynghorwyr ddweud pan fydd ganddyn nhw gysylltiad personol â rhywbeth sy'n cael ei drafod, fel swydd, eiddo neu aelod o'r teulu. Mae buddiant sy'n rhagfarnu yn ddigon cryf i'r cynghorydd adael yr ystafell fel arfer a pheidio â chymryd rhan.
Caiff datganiadau eu darllen o'r cofnodion unwaith y byddan nhw wedi'u cyhoeddi.
