   RESOLVED that the following application received for assistance from the Carmarthenshire Business Renewable Energy Fund be approved subject to the usual terms and conditions and those specified in the report: Business Renewable Energy Fund Applicant Award Philip Hughes, The Old Board School Guest House £10,000
