   Resolved: That the press and public be excluded from the meeting in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Local Government Act 1972 and associated regulations due to the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

   Ombudsman Referral of a complaint against Councillor A.

   Cofnod

   The Panel considered the report of the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales regarding a complaint against Councillor A. Having considered the information presented, the Panel agreed that there was sufficient evidence to warrant further consideration. Resolved: That the matter proceed to a Hearings Panel for full determination.
