Nododd y Pwyllgor hefyd y diweddariad ar apeliadau a'r ceisiadau a benderfynwyd o dan bwerau dirprwyedig, sy'n caniatáu i swyddogion benderfynu ar rai ceisiadau heb bleidlais y pwyllgor.

RESOLVED: Pursuant to this Committee’s delegated powers the following development management applications be determined in accordance with the recommendation set out in the reports of the Director of Planning, Transport and Environment, subject to any further amendments as detailed below and notification be given of the decisions in accordance with Section 70 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or Section 74 of the Planning (Listed Building & Conservation) Act 1990. APPLICATION DEFERRED FOR A SITE VISIT: 5a. 25/02667/FUL – CATHAYS Former Civic Amenity Site, Wedal Road Re-use of former civic amenity site for waste transfer facility with retention of existing storage shipping containers and proposed siting of Bulk Carrier Units.
