Rhaid i gynghorwyr ddweud pan fydd ganddyn nhw gysylltiad personol â rhywbeth sy'n cael ei drafod, fel swydd, eiddo neu aelod o'r teulu. Mae buddiant sy'n rhagfarnu yn ddigon cryf i'r cynghorydd adael yr ystafell fel arfer a pheidio â chymryd rhan.
Emma Reid-Jones: Buddiant personol ar Applications decided by Delegated Powers
Buddiannau personol nad ydynt yn rhagfarnllyd mewn tri cheisiad a benderfynwyd o dan bwerau dirprwyedig: 25/02445/HSE, lle bu'n cynorthwyo'r preswylydd; 25/02847/VAR, lle mae'n ymddiriedolwr y cartref gofal a werthodd yr eiddo i'r datblygwr presennol; a 25/00918/NMA, lle siaradodd yn erbyn y cais.
Yn rhestru cynghorwyr presennol y cyngor yn unig. Nid yw aelodau cyfetholedig, swyddogion a chyn-gynghorwyr yn cael eu dangos.
