Rhoddodd ganiatâd i ddau gais, y ddau yn amodol ar gytundeb Adran 106 (cytundeb cyfreithiol rhwng y cyngor a'r datblygwr): adeilad hyd at naw llawr gydag unedau cyd-fyw yn 51-59 Heol Penarth, Butetown, a thai fforddiadwy ar safle hen Glwb Cymdeithasol ac Athletau Fairwater, Heol Plasmawr, Fairwater, gydag amodau diwygiedig. Nid yw'r cofnodion yn cofnodi unrhyw drafodaeth nac yn rhoi rhesymau y tu hwnt i'r penderfyniadau.

Cllr Michael noted that he had formerly been a trustee of Fairwater Social & Athletic Club (5a) but had been advised that it was not necessary to declare a formal interest. Cllr Driscoll added that he had also been a member of the club years ago, and had raised funds for it as part of Fairwater Rugby Club.
The minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee on 15th January were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

APPLICATION GRANTED SUBJECT TO S106 AGREEMENT: 5a. 25/01022/FUL – BUTETOWN 51-59 Penarth Road, Butetown Demolition of existing buildings and construction of co-living accommodation units in a single building of up to nine storeys, commercial floorspace on the ground floor and the provision of indoor and outdoor amenity space, cycle parking and associated works. APPLICATION GRANTED SUBJECT TO S106 AGREEMENT AND REVISED CONDITIONS: 5b. 25/01220/FUL – FAIRWATER Former Fairwater Social & Athletic Club, Plasmawr Road, Fairwater Demolition of the former Fairwater Social Club and construction of affordable houses together with access, landscaping, drainage, engineering, and the associated works.
