RESOLVED: Pursuant to this Committee’s delegated powers the following development management applications be determined in accordance with the recommendation set out in the reports of the Director of Planning, Transport and Environment, subject to any further amendments as detailed below and notification be given of the decisions in accordance with Section 70 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or Section 74 of the Planning (Listed Building & Conservation) Act 1990: APPLICATIONS GRANTED SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS: 25/00088/FUL – PLASNEWYDD 6 Timbers Square Conversion of property into three self-contained flats with single storey rear and side extensions and loft conversion with rear dormer and change pitched end main roof to a gable and external alterations. (Cllr Wong left his seat as a member of the Committee during this item in order to speak as a Ward Councillor). 25/01276/FUL – FAIRWATER 2 Llanbedr Road Conversion of 5 bedroom dwelling into an 8 bedroom HMO. Proposal includes replacing existing rear conservatory with flat roof extension and demolition of porches and outbuildings.
