    Contract Standing Orders & Procurement Rules And Financial Procedure Rules - Update

    Penderfyniad fel y'i cofnodwyd

    RESOLVED: · To note the updated Contract Procedure Rules (CPR)and Financial Procedure Rules (FPR) in Appendices A and B To delegate authority to the Corporate Director Resources to amend the FPR; and to the Director of Governance and Legal Services to amend the CPR; to make any amendments that may be required from time to time, which do not serve to materially alter the FPR or CPR.
