RESOLVED: The committee approved the annual return and authorised the chair to sign on their behalf, with the return to be submitted to Audit Wales for external audit.

2025/26 Outturn and Annual Financial Return
RESOLVED: I. To note the outturn position for the financial year ended 31March 2026. II. To approve the Annual Return and authorised the Chair to sign the Annual Return on behalf of the Joint Committee, and approved its subsequent submission to Audit Wales to commence the 2025/26 audit.
