RESOLVED: that • the implementation of the phased Housing Support Programme Commissioning Plan at Appendix A be approved to ensure compliance with legislation and Council processes. • authority be delegated to the Director of Adults, Housing & Communities, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing and Communities, the Council’s Corporate Director of Resources (S151 Officer) and the Director of Governance and Legal to implement Phase 1 of the Commissioning Plan for the tendering of housing related support and other supplementary services. • It be agreed to continue with the service…
