1. Public Interest Test.

   RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting because of the likely disclosure to them of exempt information as identified in paragraphs 12 and 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

   To receive apologies for absence.

   Cofnod

   There were apologies for absence received from Councillor N. George, it was noted that Councillor E. M. Aldworth was attending as his substitute, and Councillor A. Gair, it was noted that Councillor M. Adams was attending as her substitute. Apologies were also received from Cllr C. Andrews (Deputy Leader, and Cabinet Member for Education, Communities and Transformation) and it was noted that Cllr E. Forehead (Cabinet Member for Social Care) was attending as her substitute.

   Public Interest Test.

   RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting because of the likely disclosure to them of exempt information as identified in paragraphs 12 and 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

   Members considered the public interest test certificate from the Proper Officer and concluded that on balance the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighed the public interest in disclosing the information. By show of hands this was unanimously agreed. RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting because of the likely disclosure to them of exempt information as identified in paragraphs 12 and 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.
