1. Public Interest Tests.

   RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting because of the likely disclosure to them of exempt information as identified in paragraph 12 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

2. To short list candidates to progress to Formal Interview for the post of Executive Director Education and Social Services.

   RESOLVED that the candidates be invited to formal interview by the Director of People Services.

3. To short list candidates to progess to Formal Interview for the post of Executive Director of Housing and Environment.

   RESOLVED that the candidates be invited to formal interview by the Director of People Services. The meeting closed at 2.00 pm.
