1. Public Interest Test.

   RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting because of the likely disclosure to them of exempt information as identified in paragraph 12 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

2. To interview Candidates as part of the recruitment process for the post of Chief Executive and make a recommendation to Council.

   RESOLVED that the selected candidate be presented for interview at the special meeting of Council scheduled for the 30th January 2025 The meeting closed at 10.30 am.

   Apologies for absence were received from Councillor E.M Aldworth (Chair) it was noted that Councillor M. Chacon-Dawson was attending as substitute, and Councillor A. Whitcombe, it was noted that Councillor J. Simmonds was attending as substitute and Councillor P. Leonard. In the absence of the Chair, Councillor A. McConnell (Vice Chair) presided.
