1. Public Interest Test.

   RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting because of the likely disclosure to them of exempt information as identified in paragraph 12 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

2. To Interview Candidates for the Post of Head of Regeneration and Planning.

   RESOLVED that no appointment be offered for the post of Head of Regeneration and Planning. The meeting closed at 1.13pm.

   Following the formal interviews of candidates and due consideration, it was moved and seconded that no appointment be offered for the post of Head Regeneration and Planning and by show of hands this was unanimously agreed.
