Bu'r pwyllgor yn adolygu adroddiad perfformiad Ymddiriedolaeth Hamdden Aneurin, adroddiad cyllideb a pherfformiad y Grantiau Cyfleusterau i'r Anabl ar gyfer Chwarter 2 2026/27, ac adroddiad Archwilio Cymru ar addasiadau tai. Derbyniodd bob adroddiad. Cytunodd fod canfyddiadau Archwilio Cymru yn gyson â'i ddealltwriaeth ei hun a bod y cynllun gweithredu yn ymateb yn foddhaol i'r argymhellion. Bu hefyd yn ystyried ei flaenraglen waith.

Consideration was given to the report of the Service Manager - Housing and Communities. The Committee AGREED that the report be accepted and noted the Quarter 2 financial and performance position, including the service improvements and positive outcomes for residents.

AGREED that the report be accepted and agreed the findings from the Audit Wales report, ensuring it is consistent with Committees knowledge and understanding of the topic areas; and the activity identified within the Management Response / Action Plan and that these satisfactorily responds to the identified recommendations within the report (Option 1).
