Consideration was given to the report of the Chief Education Officer. The Committee AGREED to recommend that the Home to School and Post 16 Transport Policy 2027/2028 be approved.
Consideration was given to the report of the Deputy Chief Executive / Strategic Director Children, Young People & Families. The Committee AGRED to recommend that Council approve publication of the Annual Report of the Director of Social Services 2025/26, subject to the amendment regarding Cabinet Member responsibility.

AGREED to recommend that the information contained in the report be accepted. (Option 1)
Consideration was given to the report of the Chief Education Officer. Following discussions, Councillor H. Trollope put forward an alternative Option 3, namely that the report be deferred pending further background information being received. This Option was seconded. Upon a vote being taken The Committee AGREED to recommend that the information contained in the report be accepted. (Option 1)
