Mr. Stephen Williams was nominated as Chair, and this was seconded. Jenny White was nominated as Vice-Chair, and this was seconded. RESOLVED that Mr. Stephen Williams be appointed Chair, and Jenny White be appointed Vice-Chair of the Ethics and Standards Committee.

The Data Protection & Governance Officer confirmed Mr. Roy Lynch’s second four-year term as a lay Member, previously approved by email, and also welcomed Kyleigh Davies following her successful recruitment, which was ratified by Council in July.
