The Action Sheet arising from the meeting held on 20th July, 2026, including outstanding actions arising from previous meetings, was submitted. The Chair requested a further detailed update in relation to Item 7 (20/07/26 meeting) Progress against recommendations from external Audit Reports – Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) be included on the Action Sheet.
