1. Licensing Act 2003 – Review of Premises Licence –Bargain Beer, 1-4 Market Square, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6HR

   RESOLVED that the report be accepted and the Sub-Committee unanimously decided that the premises licence be REVOKED. FURTHER RESOLVED that Mr Sharma be removed as the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS). Right to Appeal All parties have the right to appeal to the Magistrates’ Court within 21 days of receipt of this decision. Any responsible authority or other person had the right to request a review of the Licence.

   Consideration was given to the report of the Licensing Officer. Members considered the oral and written representations received from Licensing Officers, Trading Standards and Gwent Police for the review of the premises licence for Bargain Beer, 1-4 Market Square, Ebbw Vale as presented in the Officer’s report, together with the oral representations given at the hearing from the Designated Premises Supervisor. The Sub-Committee, thereupon, discussed the application and considered the representations made by all parties and following deliberations, the Solicitor read out the decision. It was; RESOLVED that the report be accepted and the Sub-Committee unanimously decided that the premises licence be REVOKED. FURTHER RESOLVED that Mr Sharma be removed as the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS).
