AGREED that the decisions be accepted as a true record of proceedings.
AGREED to recommend Option 1, namely: a) Note the progress made on climate change including presenting the Council’s carbon footprint and support the Annual Net Zero Report 2024-25 for publication; b) Notes the progress made with the Citizens Panel and that a report be presented to the Scrutiny Committee on 9th December 2025 to consider the Council’s response to the Citizens’ Forum recommendations on the Future of Travel in Blaenau Gwent; and c) Note the intentions for a Mid-Point Review Decarbonisation Plan 2020-2030 and that the review will be considered at a future meeting of the Scrutiny Committee.
