RESOLVED that the decisions be accepted as a true record of proceedings.
RESOLVED that the report be accepted and the Forward Work Programme for the meeting on 12th January, 2026 be agreed (Option 1).
RESOLVED that the report be accepted and Option 1 was agreed as follows:- a) Cabinet Member accepted the report; b) provided the appropriate challenge to the financial outcomes in the report; c) continued to support appropriate financial control procedures agreed by Council; and d) noted the budgetary control and monitoring procedures in place within the Capital Team, to safeguard Authority funding.
