AGREED the decisions be accepted as a true record of proceedings
AGREED that the report be accepted and Members scrutinised the treasury management activity undertaken during the period and did not provide comment prior to its submission to full Council (Option 2).
AGREED that the report be accepted and noted the progress in delivering the Delivery Plan for 2025/26; support the extension of the workforce strategy by one year; and agreed the proposed Delivery Plan for 2026/27 (Option 1).
AGREED, subject to the foregoing that the report be accepted and approved Option 1 as follows:- a) The engagement approach undertaken for the Blaenau Gwent Deal and was satisfied that it had been sufficiently robust and effective in building trust, fostering shared responsibility, and empowering communities. b) The Blaenau Gwent Deal principles, developed by the community, and endorsed these prior to approval at Cabinet and Council.

Consideration was given to the report of the Deputy Chief Executive Blaenau Gwent and Strategic Director Children, Young People and Families The Committee made suggestions to enhance the engagement going forward and proposed that the monitoring be undertaken by the Corporate Governance and Resources Scrutiny and built into the Forward Work Programme accordingly, thereupon The Committee AGREED, subject to the foregoing that the report be accepted and approved Option 1 as follows:- a) The engagement approach undertaken for the Blaenau Gwent Deal and was satisfied that it had been sufficiently robust and effective in building trust, fostering shared responsibility, and empowering communities. b) The Blaenau Gwent Deal principles, developed by the community, and endorsed these prior to approval at Cabinet and Council.
