A discussion ensued when it was agreed that the following be added to the Forward Work Programme for the Scrutiny Committee. · Comparative data to show the positive impact of young children accessing the Flying Start initiative and those not able to access Flying Start. The Committee AGREED, subject to the foregoing, that the Forward Work Programme be agreed (Option 2).
