AGREED that the decisions be accepted as a true record of proceedings.
AGREED that the report and the performance of the Aneurin Leisure Trust April - December 2025 be accepted (Option 1).
AGREED, subject to the foregoing, that the report be accepted and considered the work undertaken to date to review the current Early Intervention and Prevention practice as part of the Blaenau Gwent Deal, endorsed the planned phases of activity to include the proposed model and agreed that an informal briefing session for Scrutiny Members on the proposed Early Intervention and Prevention operating model prior to Phase 3. (Option 2)
It was noted that no requests had been received for the simultaneous translation service.

The Chair proposed that an informal meeting be called with Scrutiny Members on the proposed Early Intervention and Prevention operating model prior to Phase 3. Following discussions this course of action was agreed.
